What payment methods are accepted?
• Cash on delivery (Bearer Deliveries only)
• Credit/Debit Card
• Bank transfer/deposit
What is the process for order delivery?
• Orders are processed (in most cases) for next day delivery.
• Same day delivery can be facilitated at our discretion depending on the time of ordering.
• Delivery is done Monday- Saturday. Close on Sunday
• For orders outside of Kingston, Portmore and Spanish town requiring a shipping service, once payment is made & confirmed, orders are shipped (Monday , Wednesday Fridays) via ZipMail to your nearest post office or Monday to Saturday via knutsford express )
Do you take international orders?
• Yes, international orders are shipped through the Jamaica Post to the address provided with your order along with tracking information.
We accept no responsibility for any applicable charges that may be incurred by international orders in the process of arriving at their destination.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Taking into consideration the health concerns due to the current pandemic and the nature of the items we sell;
We are not accepting returns or exchanges at this time.
Please take the time to check measurements and color to ensure the item you're purchasing suits your needs.

Once the pandemic has subsided we will return to our normal policy, We want all our customers to be happy with their purchases. Therefore, we accept returns & exchanges of all unopened products within 2 days of your purchase for a full refund excluding any shipping/delivery charges.
