Massage a generous amount of the real Jamaican black castor oil to the scalp of your hair for 2 to 3 minutes. This should be done 3 to 4 times weekly for best results.

BODY 

Rub 3 to 4 drops in your palms and gently massage the real Jamaican black castor oil into the skin. This can be done daily for the best results.
